Like every other person, you have dreams of moving into a better home than the one you already live in now, more spacious, safer, convenient features, and even most importantly, that you no longer have to pay rent.
Yes, the dream is to become your own landlord, whether by building the house from scratch, or buying it. While you read this, I hope to build your faith today, that you trust in God to make your dream of being a homeowner come true.
No matter the kind of house you want to move into, no matter how big and beautiful, when you put your faith in God and trust in him, he will always come through because he is the builder of everything. Hebrews 3:4 says that “For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything.” When you pray, you have given God the permission to operate on your behalf, and doing so, he will facilitate every necessary process required to make you a homeowner soon in Jesus name.
The process of building or buying a house begins with knowing and trusting in God’s will to make you own your personal house, without getting into debt over it.
“My people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest.” Isaiah 32:28
You must believe in his word and promises because it is God’s will that we build on earth and own everything thereof, it only becomes ours when we desire the will of God to come to pass in our life.
You might be wondering, “yes I want to build my own house and hope to move into it soon, but my finances are not looking like that might be possible.” Well, that is where trusting in God comes in. When you believe, and work with faith in God’s ordinance, you definitely must receive. The scriptures say in Philippians 4:19 “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.”
While you trust in God to make your dreams of building or buying your own house a reality, endeavor to be steadfast in prayer and studying the word of God. This will further give you the strength needed to see the actualization of your house.
“Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the guards stand watch in vain.” Psalm 127:1

Our fathful God, we’ve come to thank and appreciate your manifold blessings and for the gift of this land and the opportunity that we receive to start the building at this time. Be praised in the name of the Lord. Your word says in John 3:27 that no one can receive except its given to him from Heaven, this is why we are heartily appreciating you for the gift of this land, and we ask that you accept our praises dear Lord.
Father We dedicate the foundation of this land to you at this time, we seek in prayer for your protection, guidance and wisdom required by everyone throughout the construction phase. We ask in the name of the Lord that whatever that has been buried in the ground or on this land, that the enemy way want to use contrarily against your people be subdued in the name of Jesus.
Your word says in Romans 16:20 that the God of Peace will crush satan under your feet shortly; therefore i declare in the name of Jesus that every satanic element, artefacts, imagery or demonic representations that the enemy may want to use against the Lord’s people on this land be rendered powerless in the name of Jesus.
According to Mathew7 verse 24 and 25 that this structure will be built on the solid rock of Gods ingfallible words, and that it will be a place of peace, refuge, love and hospitality for God’s people.
