Whatever hurt you might be going through, be it a medical condition, emotional trauma, or any other condition that calls for healing, there are different ways to receive your healing, and atop of this is trust in Jehovah. When you trust in God to heal your body, mind, and soul, you not only receive the ultimate healing but also comfort and strength to navigate the trying times.
In the Holy Bible, different Miracles and words of wisdom relating to healing were recorded. From Barthemeus the blind, who was made to see, to making the leper clean, the deliverance of the children of Israel out of slavery in Egypt. Whatever dimension your discomfort is coming from, trust in God and believe in his word to help make life easier for you.
At some point in our lives, we have all needed healing, it could probably be in physical healing for our body, mental healing for our mind, or spiritual healing and nurturing for the soul. It doesn’t matter how grave the hurt is, is it the loss of a loved one? Loss of a job? Distance from family? Fear of the unknown? Be rest assured that Jesus is aware of the conditions you are in, all he asks is that you trust in him for healing, and use this period to draw nearer to him.
The first step to receiving healing for the body, mind, and soul is to have faith in Christ, in him, nothing is impossible. Every illness will be cured, chains broken, and relationships mended. Trust in God to relieve you of that heartache and trauma, and you shall receive your healing.
Turn to God when you are in need, trust in him, abide in him, place your hopes in his promises, and in return, he will give you rest, peace, complete restoration and rejuvenation. In the Holy Bible, his word speaks to us that,
“If you will diligently listen to the voice of the LORD your God, and do that which is right in his eyes, and give ear to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you that I put on the Egyptians, for I am the LORD, your healer.” -Exodus 15:26 In this verse, the Bible tells us that if we as children of God keep to his word diligently, he will rest and abide with us, and will not allow us to be victims of illness.
