The Exodus Stores website is provided solely for your personal use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.
We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
2. ONLINE SHOPPING
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of the products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Product representations expressed on this Site are those of the vendor and are not made by us. Submissions or opinions expressed on this Site are those of the individual posting such content and may not reflect our opinions. Please refer to our Returns policy if you are unhappy with your purchase.
3. USE OF THE SITE
By placing an order on this website you are confirming that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or are accessing this site under the supervision or guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
Content provided on this site is solely for informational purposes. Certain services and related features that may be made available on the Site may require registration or subscription. Should you choose to register or subscribe for any such services or related features, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself, and to promptly update such information if there are any changes. Every user of the Site is solely responsible for keeping passwords and other account identifiers safe and secure. The account owner is entirely responsible for all activities that occur under such password or account. Furthermore, you must notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account.
The Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.
During the registration process you agree to receive promotional emails from the Site. You can subsequently opt out of receiving such promotional e-mails by clicking on the link at the bottom of any promotional email.
4. ORDER PROCESS
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.
We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons
- The product you ordered is out of stock;
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment;
- We have identified a pricing or product description error;
- There is a failure to meet the eligibility to order as set out at clause 3 in these Terms and Conditions;
- There is a system or procurement failure; and
- Failed customer validation check
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement detailing the product you have ordered. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us. Your payment of the price for the goods represents an Offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted by us when we send you an email that the goods have been sent to you. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place after payment has been received by us and your order has been dispatched. We will email you that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to dispatch multiple orders separately.
The prices payable for the goods that are ordered are as set out on our website. There will be extra charges for delivery. The delivery charges are also set out in our website.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address supplied at the time the purchase order was made. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after the order has been accepted, payment received and within 5 (five) working days of acceptance of the Order for deliveries within Nigeria. Deliveries outside of Nigeria may take up to 15 (fifteen) working days after acceptance of the Order.
As soon as the goods have been dispatched, the Courier Company takes responsibility for the delivery of the goods to you and we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to the goods in transit.
7. RETURNS POLICY
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with the goods ordered, you can return your product as long as:
(a) You contact Customer Support within 24 (twenty four) hours of delivery
(b) You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, invoice).
(c) The goods must be in the same condition as received and returned in the original, undamaged packaging with product and sales tags intact.
(d) The product must not have been used.
Kindly note that goods can only be exchanged and not refunded. We will offer you a store credit to be used within the next three months in the event that you are unable to choose an alternative product immediately.
If your product arrives damaged or you were delivered the wrong product, we're happy to exchange your purchase as long as:
- You contact Customer Support within 24 (twenty four) hours of delivery
- You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note or invoice).
- The Courier Company will contact you to inform you of the date for pick up. All exchanges will be processed within 7 working days from the date of receipt by us.
Please ensure you fill the returns form. Download here. Kindly insert this form in your package as this will aid us in responding to your queries faster.
If you are located in Lagos or Abuja – please contact our customer service team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 08029111168 or 08099057444 to arrange a pick-up. If you are located outside Lagos or Abuja – you will need to send the goods back to the Courier Company. However, you will need to contact us before you return the goods. We will notify the Courier Company who will then accept the goods from you.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our Quality Control Team. Returns that do not pass our Quality checks will be rejected and the cost of return of shipment will be for the account of the customer.
We do not offer refunds. We are happy to offer you store credit, which shall be valid for a period of 3 (three) months during which you can order a replacement product.
We will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to the goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including without limitations, strikes, public holidays, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of law and order, flood, fire or accident.
11. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
A person who is not a party to this agreement has no right to enforce any part of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This document shall be governed by Nigerian Law.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The place of arbitration shall be Lagos State and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
If any dispute arises as to the validity, interpretation, effect or rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement, the Parties shall use their best endeavors to reach an amicable settlement of the dispute, failing which after21working days or such further days as may be agreed by the Parties in writing, they shall resort to Arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
The dispute shall be resolved by a single arbitrator appointed by the parties or, failing agreement by the parties on the choice of an arbitrator, within fourteen (14) days of any party giving notice to the other of its desire to proceed to arbitration, such an arbitrator shall be appointed by the Chief Judge of the High Court of Lagos State, on the application of any party.
The place of arbitration shall be Lagos State and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties, and each party shall bear its own cost and will be liable to contribute the same amount in respect of fees to be paid to the Arbitrator. Provided that where the initiator of arbitration proceedings loses the matter, it shall bear the fees of the Arbitrator.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Site, information content on the Site and all the website design, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software shall remain our property.
The entire contents of the Site also are protected by copyright as a collective work under Nigeria copyright laws and international conventions. All rights are reserved.
